I understand that outdoor obstacle activities involve inherent risks, and I will follow event safety instructions and remain responsible for handling my dog.

I will stop or withdraw my dog from an activity if my dog shows signs of distress, pain, overheating, fatigue or discomfort, and will inform event staff of any relevant change in health.

I understand that organisers may restrict or modify participation if an activity is considered unsuitable or unsafe for my dog or handler.

I understand that submitting this form does not confirm my place; registration is complete only after confirmation by the organisers.
